Earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

The items eligible for return are necklaces, rings, and pendants.

Ensure that the items are unworn and in their original condition.

The tag must remain intact for the return to be accepted. Once the tag is removed, we cannot process the return.

Items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gomphi.comIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Is there a cost for return shipping?

Yes, for returns or exchanges, the return shipping cost will be covered by you. You can send the item back to us within 14 days of contacting our customer support team. We will promptly process your refund once we receive the returned item. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at info@gomphi.com.  Please note that if you decide to ship the item back, we are currently unable to cover the return shipping cost, but we are working hard on collaborating with logistics partners to cover the return shipping cost. 

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Provide detailed information and include supporting photographs, if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide an appropriate solution.
